POST-IMPLEMENTATION EVALUATION <\/strong><\/p><p>All design works were carried out in full compliance with the requirements for Airport Reference Code 4D and Operational Category II (CAT II).<\/p><p>Following the completion of the project, Wroc\u0142aw-Strachowice Airport obtained certification from the Polish Civil Aviation Authority, authorizing: Take-off operations in low visibility conditions (LVTO, RVR&lt; &lt; 125 m) and Landing operations in low visibility conditions (LVO, RVR \u2264 300 m), in accordance with Category II (CAT II) operational 14.<\/li><li>Preparation of a construction phasing plan, including: Operational continuity analysis, Aircraft movement passability studies, Definition of safety zones, obstacle limitation surfaces (OLS), Operational restrictions due to the presence of temporary or permanent obstacles.<\/li><li>Dynamic analysis of aircraft ground movements within the maneuvering area and take-off climb area, aimed at: Optimizing the temporary reduction of runway length and determining the most efficient use of the maneuvering area during runway renovation works.<\/li><li>Design of a rapid exit taxiway from Runway 11, including all required supporting infrastructure.<\/li><li>Design of an aircraft de-icing apron at Taxiway C (DK-C), together with the necessary associated infrastructure.<\/li><\/ol><p><br><strong>The design documentation included: Construction and detailed design, technical specifications for works execution, bill of quantities (BoQ) and cost estimates
