The project of a new building with four above-ground floors and one underground level. The above-ground floors are designated for medical functions. The underground floor accommodates technical facilities necessary for the building’s operation.

Our company was responsible for the development of the Executive (Detailed) Design documentation. The contract was carried out under the Design & Build formula. We have developed HVAC & plumbing systems and external utilities design.
